This are my newest books! The notebook Sepia Anatomical Heart is the only one covered and decorated. The other three are done from binding to end, including the cameo girl with my design, and two transferred to fabric engravings from the 18th century. 

Pan's Design Tattoo

I've been working lately on practicing my tattooing skills and finally got the opportunity to get to use them! A good friend of mine offered his arm to get a tattoo of one of my designs. It was my very first time tattooing in human skin and I'm very happy with the results! 

Handmade Books

These two are the first ones on a series of books me and my husband have been making. We gather together the paper, hand bind them and then attach them to the covers we've already made for them.

The octopus girl was drawn on white leather with waterproof brown ink. Both books have watercolor paper.

I have to admit Adobe Illustrator wasn't one of my top 5 softwares... but! in the last few days I decided to give it another try and the results were far better than I expected. I used PS to add some of the textile textures and patterns. Enjoy!
